Definition of a H.O.? (pronounced - "hab itch u ole" "o fen der") noun, A H.O. is a Habitual Offender; a person or thing (like aplace of business) who habitually, repetitively,constantly & consistently offends those around them.

EXAMPLES of H.O.:
Habitualliars, cheaters, they dog you out, mistreat you
Habitual borrowers, theyowes you money and has no intention on paying you back
Habitual family member whois suppose to be family but aligns themselves with others to hate on you
Habitual child mistreaters/abusers/neglecters
Habitual baby moma that uses the kids as a weapon against you
Habitual baby daddy who gets a girlfriend then tries to dog you out for her to be comfortable
Habitual baby daddy who withholds child support to get you to do things
Habitual preacher who sleeps around and is promiscuous
Habitual back stabber whois always in your face, week after week, but hates on you to others.
Habitual stalker. Calls way too much, talks too much, shows up too much unannounced
Habitual Business fraud!He/She mimics a business idea you pitched to them
Habitual Thief who keeps all the money in a business deal and lies to you as to how much was made
Habitual parent who fails to protect their children, smokes in front of them, rolls marijuana in front of them
Habitual friend who is always subjecting you to his/her whining kids and should just call you back later

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife -- a known scofflaw -- has dodged ticket after ticket on the west side of Los Angeles ... talking on her cell phone while driving, parking in a red zone, parking at an expired meter while buying a muffin and driving without a seat belt.

But on Friday -- in the thick of Brentwood's shopping district -- time ran out for Maria. The meter was empty, and now, thanks to a vigilant parking officer, California's coffers will be a little more plentiful.

But if you think it's lesson learned ... Maria grabbed the ticket, got behind the wheel of her SUV, and rolled through a stop sign.
